“President Adams”

I kept a close eye on Jamal Adams closely during his days at LSU. That’s one of the joys of being around the game of football for me. The guys you got to analyze in college, you will eventually see them at the next level. Since being drafted by the New York Jets in 2017, he’s been a highly productive player but on struggling teams. The Jets haven’t had an impact player on the defensive side of the ball since the Darrelle Revis days. The uncertainty of his future has been in the air. He asked to be traded. Jamal’s wish was granted. He’s now a member of the Seattle Seahawks.

In such a short period, Jamal has become of the five best safeties in the league. This is an energy guy.  Jamal is involved in the running game, the passing game but most importantly, he plays a physical brand of football. This is the one guy who will make his presence felt each week he’s on the field. I see a guy who isn’t afraid to put his face in the pile. What I mean is he’s going to get to the football by all means. Whether it’s an all-out blitz or it’s loading up in the box to stop the run. In pass coverage, he can cover and get you an interception. Jamal is an all-around defender that goes all out.

The Seahawks defense hasn’t been the same in the last few years. They’ve moved on from the Legion of Boom. Their secondary has struggled significantly. Adding Jamal to the mix is a huge upgrade. We could see a scary tandem of Bobby Wagner and Jamal Adams for years to come. This acquisition makes things interesting. Not only in the NFC West but the conference as a whole.

Its like you learn my thoughts! You appear to
understand so much about this, like you wrote the guide in it or something.

I think that you just could do with some percent to drive the message home a bit, however instead of that, that is
excellent blog. An excellent read. I’ll certainly be back.
