2024 Preview: They set the tone for their season last year with an upset win against the Florida State Seminoles in Ireland and they ended their season giving the Georgia Bulldogs all they could handle in an 8 overtime thriller, you read that correctly. The Yellow Jackets also upset Cam Ward and the Miami Hurricanes, so you can see their season had a little bit of everything in 2024. They finished 7-6 a year ago and ended their season with a tough loss to Vanderbilt in the Birmingham Bowl.

2025 Prediction: I’m still trying to get a feel for the ACC this year and entering the fall, only two teams stand out to me which is Clemson and these Yellow Jackets from Georgia Tech and I like them to win a share of the ACC regular season. The key for them this year is for their defense to make more big plays when it matters and when they forced a takeaway, they had a record of 6-2 and when they didn’t, they were 1-4. They have the personnel to make another bowl game for the third consecutive season. Georgia Tech also has some notable games on their schedule such as Colorado and on September 13th, they face the Clemson Tigers and a win against them will propel them in the right direction. As usual, they will end their season against the Georgia Bulldogs.
